Maryland Senior Prescription Drug Assistance Program (SPDAP)

  • A subsidy program established by the Maryland General Assembly in 2005 to provide financial assistance to moderate-income Maryland residents who are eligible for Medicare and are enrolled in a prescription drug plan.

  • Provides up to $75–$100 per month toward Medicare Part D or Medicare Advantage prescription drug plan premiums for moderate-income Maryland seniors.
